The bike is okay, it does fold as advertised and the electric motor works fine. But it is quite bulky when folded and the battery life isn't as long as I'd hoped. Delivery was fine, no issues there

Unfortunately, the bike arrived damaged. The folding mechanism was broken, so I couldn't even use it. The customer service was responsive and offered a refund, but it was still a massive hassle. I'm very disappointed 😞
